About Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery

Located in Virginia’s historic Northern Neck, Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery for women offers a tranquil and private setting in our ASAM Level 3.5 residential recovery treatment program. Twin Branch is the ONLY Residential Treatment Program in the state dedicated to women only, at this level of care. We accommodate up to 24 adult women who have made the courageous decision to seek treatment for substance use disorder. We provide 24/7 medical and support care. Our rural 30-acre campus is surrounded by more than 150 acres of natural privacy providing safe harbor from distractions and boundless healing opportunities.

After completing any need for detoxification, admission to Twin Branch begins as a partnership with each woman and her highly trained medical and clinical care teams. Thorough and ongoing assessments help create individualized treatment plans and continuing care plans right for you.

We focus on women specific curriculum and therapies to overcome addiction and chemical dependencies. We believe that women in recovery face unique challenges. Our women specific modalities help identify possible co-occurring mental health disorders. Substance use disorder and mental illness often feed off of each other in an unrelenting cycle. At Twin Branch, you will find many options, all based on research and evidence-based practices. Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) is supported at Twin Branch and is evaluated daily within our residential treatment program.

There is not simply one path to recovery. Our compassionate team works to help you create your own individualized treatment plan to get to the root of your addiction so that growth can be ongoing. Our residential treatment program has been designed for women who are ready to change their lives. The program integrates with our Branches of Recovery, incorporating attainable and measurable goals that are reflective of characteristics required to live a positive and productive life of sobriety.
