Our unique Branches of Recovery system was developed by our founders to ensure proper progression through treatment, considering factors of client safety, client empowerment and continuity of care. It is integrated into our residential treatment program for sustained wellness both in treatment and beyond.
We have 4 branches, each having specific measures and attainable goals. Our residential program partners each woman, side by side, through Branches 1, 2 and 3, while preparing her for Branch 4. As the branches are navigated, every woman will have the opportunity to earn merit leaves to acknowledge her positive steps in recovery.
While there are many clinical and medical decisions that will factor in to each client’s progression through the system, outlined below is an overview of our Branches of Recovery.
Branch 1 – All clients are welcomed to our program on Branch 1. It is during this time that initial clinical and medical assessments are completed and each woman begins to embrace her individual treatment plan. Participation in small group and individual therapy sessions are required as well as acknowledgement of healthy sleep, nutritional, and basic self-care needs.
Branch 2 – As each woman continues to participate in and acknowledge all of the requirements of Branch 1, climbing to Branch 2 brings additions to her treatment plan. Activity therapy modalities are incorporated as well as additional general wellness options. Demonstration of the desire to incorporate basic life skills (cooking, laundry, time management) is essential. While on Branch 2, participation in individual therapy truly begins to dig up the roots of addiction; self-awareness and acknowledgement are crucial.
Branch 3 – As each client continues to demonstrate stability with Branch 1 and Branch 2, the climb to Branch 3 brings acceptance and concentration on relapse prevention strategies. Branch 3 works to establish structure and set foundational life goals through career training needs and desires. Additionally, identifying transitional and support needs for continued forward motion while maintaining sobriety.
Branch 4 – Once stability is demonstrated on the lower branches, Branch 4 is reached, bringing an open door to the new YOU! Continuing care plans are secured including an outpatient program (IOP), means of support (employment/family) and other transitional needs are confirmed. Graduation from our residential program, with practiced techniques for sustained sobriety, is achieved.
